  • Share your order details and a photo within 48 hours; we’ll fix it fast, either through a refund or a replacement.

  • All requests are reviewed and resolved in a friendly, transparent way.

  • Regretfully, due to the nature of organic food, we can’t accept returns for opened or used products, unless there’s a quality issue.
